Vendors that will be selling food items such as BBQ,
Fish, Nachos, Italian Ice etc. you must fill out the Non
Profit Temporary Food Permit. This form must be
completed and sent to the Cobb Center for Environmental
Health Dept. by Thursday, May 10, 2012 (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Upon receipt of the form the health dept will issue
temporary permits to all vendors on the day of the
event. They will come around to make sure all necessary
safety and sanitizing implementations are in place
before they give you your permit.
